Jack van Horssen appointed as visiting professor at the Biomedical Research Institute in Hasselt

As of January 2012 neurobiologist Jack van Horssen from the department of Molecular Cell Biology and Immunology has been appointed as visiting professor at the University of Hasselt in Belgium.

The Biomedical Research Institute is a multidisciplinary institute where fundamental as well as applied scientific research, innovation and education are carried out. One of the main research topics at the Biomedical Research Institute is Autoimmunity and Neuroinflammation with a specific focus on multiple sclerosis research.
