The Neuroscience Campus Amsterdam is an VU medical center institute with a campus-wide network of professionals. The director reports to the dean of the medical center. They meet regularly in meetings and 1-on-1. In addition there is an official half year meeting of the director with the faculty board, chaired by the dean of the medical faculty.

The Faculty Board consists of:
